Sometimes the home of your dreams is right down the street… that’s how it worked for Chris and Bayron!
Bayron was curious about a home down the street that had been remodeled (almost completed) and was now a “bank owned home”
Well it was just what they wanted. Chris and Bayron loved their existing home, but they wanted a bit more room and a bit of updating, their dream home was literally a few doors down. Now Chris has a gorgeous home and kitchen… and Bayron has lots of little projects. It’s all fun and good! Congratualtions Chris and Bayron on finding your dream home right down the street!

Amanda and Carly are homeowners! Talk about "hanging in there" these ladies deserve an award. They purchased their home around the time of all the big bank changes (fannie and freddie collapse, bailouts...) and it seems that their loan guidelines were changing every moment. They worked hard with their lender (who really worked hard for us all) and kept up with the near daily changes.... and in the end... they got their first home!

June and Eldo have lots of family in Vacaville and wanted to have a home of their own when they come to visit. They are sharing their home with their grandaughter and her family including their "great grandson". They were thrilled to buy Paul and Kristen's home and have everything so perfectly move in ready. June and Eldo really enjoyed Paul and Kristen and all got along so well. They were all really kind and caring toward one another. It really helped Paul and Kristen to know that June and Eldo loved the home so much... truly a case of everyone getting what they really wanted. Congratulations to June and Eldo, Lindsay, Jake and Jacob!

Paul, Kristen and Aby bid a sad "farewell" to their home in Vacaville, they are moving elsewhere in the Bay Area to be near family. In spite of feeling that they were definately doing the "right thing" for them... it's still hard to say goodbye. Fortunately they were able to get their home sold quickly, for a price that worked for everyone. Paul and Kristen's home was immaculate, and they were always "showtime ready". Best of all, unknown to all in the beginning, the new buyers June and Eldo were old friends of Kristen's dad... it's a small world. Best wishes Paul, Kristen and Aby in your new home!

What a sweet couple! Josh and Shawna met in middle school and have been together nearly 13 years since then. They are engaged and decided to buy their first home. Talk about competition... like many good folks there were mulitiple offers... they fought hard and got the home of their dreams utilizing the nearly last of the "nehemiah" gift fund programs prior to the program's expiration. We needed to fund their loan no later than September 30th or it would be a "dead deal".... well we got it done.... right on September 30th (Jeanne had more than a few sleepless nights...) they got their keys the next day and are paintin' and having fun setting up their new home.

What a roller coaster ride...now the fun really begins... Josh and Shawna we are so proud of you, you did it!
Vicki is finally "home"! You may recall the e-mail about camping out (literally spending the night in front of the housing office) where Vicki, Doug and I spent the night in order for her to obtain 1 of the 10 shared equity loans. Well she did get the loan... and then the "short sale" she was hoping to get fell through after 5 long months.... Bank of America said "no deal... we don't deal... we just forclose" (shame on you B of A) and so Vicki did not get her home. We kept trying and found her the perfect home, larger and less expensive, got back in line for the shared equity loan (had to go to the back of the line) and got it! It must be fate! Vicki finally got all that she had hoped for and more!

Still newlyweds Kenny and Yukari had a dream of owning their first home. They found the perfect home, it was a "short sale". Well as we all discussed there's nothing "short" about a "short sale". They waited 4 long months before they finally heard the words they had been waiting for.... "offer accepted!" Now they are paintin' and fixin' and lovin' their new Vacaville home! Good things can come to those who wait and hang in there. Congratulations Kenny & Yukari, you did it!!!

Brenda and Curtis were referred to me by dear friends Katie and Kyra. They wanted a home closer to family and with plenty of room for their daughter on the way. They got what they hoped for in their new home in Suisun and more importantly in a beautiful baby girl. Congratulations Brenda, Curtis and beautiful baby Dakota. Dreams do come true... both big dreams and little dreams!
